IHG is currently having a “friends and family” promotion with special rates at over 4,200 IHG hotels worldwide. We have used this promotion twice already and have saved an average of 40% off our bookings. IHG includes all of the Holiday Inn Resort and Holiday Inn Express Locations. We decided to go with a local caterer that was in close proximity to the venue. Lovella Cacho made a suggestion of using Da Kines Catering, a local favorite here in San Diego. After reviewing the catering menu it only made sense to book them. Beach, sand, open ocean air and some lomi lomi salad. Yummmm! So far on our tentative menu we have selected:

The reception venue has been confirmed. The reception will take place at the Ocean View Villas in Ocean Beach, CA. When we went down to look at the reception site we knew we would be excited about the location. We heard a lot of good things about the Ocean View Villas but we were still hesitant to book the location. That all changed once we finally went down to see it. Once we stepped foot pass the double doors to the patio, the view sold us.
